We are seeking two exceptional PhD scientists to drive forward-thinking projects in wet and dry biology and to spearhead AI integration for evolving N-NOSE into advanced, precision multi-cancer early detection tools with US FDA approval. バイオインフォマティクスと生命科学分野の研究開発業務を担当します。主な業務として、微生物や細胞を対象としたゲノムエンジニアリング技術の開発、CRISPR-Cas9などの遺伝子工学ツールを用いた分子生物学研究、進化育種プロセスの自動化に向けた制御システムの構築を行います。また、バイオインフォマティクスを駆使したマルチオミクス解析により、ゲノム、トランスクリプトーム、プロテオーム等の統合的なデータ解析を実施し、遺伝子機能の解明や新規バイオマーカーの探索を進めます。さらに、機械学習を活用したバイオ設計支援システムの開発や、ラボオートメーションシステムを利用したバイオプロセス工学の研究にも携わり、トヨタグループのモノづくりに生命科学的アプローチから貢献していただきます。

次世代シークエンサー（NGS）解析を中心としたバイオインフォマティクス業務を担当し、ゲノム編集技術の検証と細胞の表現型解析を行います。主な業務には、Whole Genome Sequence解析によるゲノム編集細胞の品質評価、ヒト細胞およびバクテリアを対象としたRNA-seq、scRNA-seq、ATAC-seq、Perturb-seq解析が含まれます。さらに、機械学習、深層学習、大規模言語モデルを活用したゲノムデザインの最適化も行います。AWSクラウドサーバーの運用管理や、自動細胞培養システムなどのラボオートメーション技術を駆使し、次世代の細胞治療開発や高機能微生物の創出に貢献する innovative な研究開発業務を遂行します。
