To make our products accessible to all researchers, they must be innovative, rich in functionality, capable of complex tasks, yet simple to learn and use. We're looking for a Software Engineer who will help us with this mission. As an early member of this team, you'll take a major role in shaping our design culture and influencing the product direction. 【About This Role】 In this role, you'll work in a small cross-functional team - collaborating closely with designers and product managers - to discover new experiences for researchers. バイオインフォマティクスと生命科学分野の研究開発業務を担当します。主な業務として、微生物や細胞を対象としたゲノムエンジニアリング技術の開発、CRISPR-Cas9などの遺伝子工学ツールを用いた分子生物学研究、進化育種プロセスの自動化に向けた制御システムの構築を行います。また、バイオインフォマティクスを駆使したマルチオミクス解析により、ゲノム、トランスクリプトーム、プロテオーム等の統合的なデータ解析を実施し、遺伝子機能の解明や新規バイオマーカーの探索を進めます。さらに、機械学習を活用したバイオ設計支援システムの開発や、ラボオートメーションシステムを利用したバイオプロセス工学の研究にも携わり、トヨタグループのモノづくりに生命科学的アプローチから貢献していただきます。
