イールドExcellenceエンジニアとして、半導体生産ラインにおける歩留まり向上のための欠陥分析と改善を担当します。統計的工程管理を用いて生産ラインの健全性を維持し、欠陥源を特定・除去する業務を行います。インライン検査装置の設置・認定・維持や、複雑なデータセットの解析を通じて、継続的な生産プロセスの改善に取り組みます。

【PURPOSE/SUMMARY】 This role is responsible for partnering with function leaders globally and regionally to ensure implementation of strategies and initiatives resulting in improved Supply Chain Distribution service levels, quality, performance, and process efficiency contributing to higher supply chain satisfaction and improved top and bottom-line financials. Leads projects and project teams through usage and application of Operational Excellence principles to achieve benefits for Olympus supply chain. 【PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】 Lead using a continuous improvement mindset with the primary focus on drive continuous improvement projects and culture within Distribution function globally. Focus on business needs including Compliance, Operational Excellence and maximizing overall operational and cost efficiency. This position will also ensure that common continuous improvement standards, language and toolsets are being agreed, aligned and adhered to globally.

■配属予定部署 光電融合デバイス事業部門 光デバイス製造改革チーム 第2課もしくは第3課 ■業務内容 世界最先端の光電融合デバイスの量産化に向けた中核業務として、光半導体ウェハ工程～集積実装まで含めた全体のプロセス工程設計をお任せ致します。 ・歩留改善、生産性向上、不良解析を通したプロセス改善活動 ・設備、要素技術担当と連携し、新規プロセス技術の開発 ■当課のミッション 次世代光半導体デバイスのプロセス開発 プロセス工程設計、評価解析、歩留まり向上、要素技術検討 ■当ポジションで働くやりがい 新製品を量産化するラインを0から作り上げるため、やりがいや達成感は非常に大きいです。課題や未知の事項も多く、積極的な姿勢を求める環境にあり、やりたいことにチャレンジできます。技術裁量が大きく、自らの知見をプロセスに反映できる稀少性の高いポジションです。 ■将来的なキャリアパスのイメージ 配属課内でのプロセス開発担当経験を経て、5年以内に課内のリーダへ。その後各拠点の生産技術部門の担当、もしくは課長としてマネジメント業務を担う。または、新規デバイスの製品開発、プロセス開発担当、もしくは課長としてマネジメント業務を担って頂く事を期待しています。
