社⻑直下のCTO室にて、最先端の画像処理技術とDeep Learningを応⽤し、以下のような技術の研究開発を⾏います。 Computational Photography: ⼿ぶれ補正 HDR 超解像 パノラマ撮影 ノイズ除去 デブラー フレーム補間 Deep Learning: 奥行き推定 画像分類 物体検出 顔認識 OCR 外観検査 1枚超解像 プロジェクトマネジメントや実装ではなく、モルフォの全プロダクトのコア部分のアルゴリズムを開発する事がミッションです。 基本的に1年～2年以内に実用化できるテーマを扱います。 各事業部と連携して進めるプロジェクトも多く、顧客との距離が非常に近いです。 画像処理や機械学習を中心に、組織横断で週1回ペースで社内勉強会を開催しています。 At the CTO Office - directly under the company president - you will be researching and developing cutting edge technology in Computational Imaging and Deep Learning, for products such as: Computational Photography: Image stabilization HDR Imaging Super-resolution Panorama image generation Image denoising Image deblurring Frame interpolation Deep Learning: Depth estimation Image classification Object detection Face recognition OCR Visual inspection Single Image Super Resolution Your mission is to develop algorithms that will become Morpho’s core technology, rather than project management or implementation. Each research theme is expected to be developed into deployable level within 1-2 years. With many joint projects withMorpho’s business divisions, you can work at closely with the customers. Weekly study sessions on Image Processing and Machine Learning will help you to regularly update your technical knowledge.

募集するポジションでは、衛星地上システムの開発に一貫して携わり、画像処理エンジンとなるアルゴリズムの設計や、衛星の観測を模擬したデータや本物の観測データを用いて作成した画像の評価、また画像を高画質化するためのパラメータチューニングなどの業務が主な内容です。入社後は、製品を作るためのプロセスに係り、関係部門やお客様との協力関係を築きながら業務経験を積んでいきます。

衛星リモートセンシング技術の研究開発において、光学・SAR・干渉SAR等の衛星に搭載可能なエッジAIコンピューティング技術の開発をリードします。具体的には、衛星側で実行する物体検知、物体認識、セグメンテーション等の画像処理AI技術の開発、地上へダウンリンクした衛星画像データや干渉SARデータ処理の高速化技術の研究、AIを活用した画像認識アルゴリズムの開発を行います。また、衛星メーカーや宇宙関連機関との共同開発を推進し、開発した技術の提供を行います。研究成果については論文執筆や学会発表、特許出願などの形で発信し、事業部門への技術移転も担当します。さらに、チームメンバーの指導・育成、プロジェクトマネジメント、技術戦略の策定など、リーダーとしての役割も求められます。
