会社について Third Intelligenceは、日本発のAGIの確立に挑戦する、AI研究・プロダクト開発企業です。Third Intelligenceが独自に提唱する「遍在型AGI（汎用人工知能）」の確立と個人に寄り添ったその成長を通じて、社会の新たな基盤となるサービスの実現を目指します。 Third Intelligence Company Deck（別タブで開きます） 私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。 1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。 もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。 ポジションについて ポジションの意義・背景 研究開発で生まれたモデルを、実際に動くプロダクトとして実装するポジションです。安定したバックエンド基盤や高度な対話制御の仕組みを作り込み、クラウドプラットフォームやデータパイプラインの構築も含めて実用に耐えるソフトウェアに仕上げていただくことを期待しています。 業務内容・期待成果 LLM（大規模言語モデル）や独自のAIモデルをプロダクトに組み込むための対話制御ロジックおよび推論インターフェースの設計と実装 生成AIの特性を考慮した高可用・低遅延なバックエンドサーバーのアーキテクチャ構築および運用 モデルへの入力データの前処理や、推論結果をプロダクトのUIに最適化して反映させるためのデータパイプラインの構築 クラウドインフラ（AWS、GCP等）を活用した、スケーラブルなAIアプリケーション実行環境の整備 ユーザーのフィードバックに基づいたプロンプトエンジニアリングや、特定タスクへの最適化による会話品質の継続的改善 ポジションの魅力 研究開発で生まれた技術を、実際のプロダクトとして世に送り出す経験を積むことができます。 単なるバックエンド開発に留まらず、AIの挙動を制御するロジック設計などにも深く関わることができます。

EARTHBRAIN’s mission is to digitally transform the job site using Smart Construction technology to streamline the construction process through automation and provide earthmoving contractors increased collaboration, efficiency, productivity, and safety. We create a digital twin to visualize the jobsite; We run multiple simulations to create the optimal workplan; We guide and/or control equipment and resources based on the digital workplan; We monitor jobsite progress remotely and digitally; We continue to further optimize the workplan based on jobsite progress and remove future issues; To support its mission, EARTHBRAIN aims to expand its capabilities in the field of Artificial Intelligence, leveraging the most recent advancements in the field to further improve its products and services. You will be joining EARTHBRAIN’s rapidly growing AI division, part of the Data Value Creation Group.
