Lead Bioinformatics Engineer

You will conduct new research and development in the field of bio-pharmaceutical products, and perform a wide range of work combining bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, robotics, and AI. You will also create a foundation for the development of bio-pharmaceutical products and collaborate with the product development team to gather requirements, create tasks, and execute functions. Additionally, you will support the creation of reports, protocols, and other related tasks, as well as perform other related tasks. As a mandatory requirement, proficiency in English and Japanese, as well as holding a doctoral degree and rich experience in the development of bio-pharmaceutical products, and proficiency in Python are required. Furthermore, experience in conducting joint research and development projects, as well as a rich experience in the development of bio-pharmaceutical products and proficiency in Python, are required.

Proficiency in English and Japanese (both required), holding a doctoral degree in life science (new graduates not acceptable), rich experience in analysis (DNA/RNA/ protein quality), proficiency in Python in the Unix/Linux environment, having a skillful analysis using existing software, and having the ability to design and implement programs by oneself, more than 4 years of experience in the development of bio-pharmaceutical products, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead the development team and adhere to deadlines, as well as the ability to lead the development team and adhere to deadlines.

Experience in development using Git, experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis, experience in development using Rust, Go, C++, a solid understanding of machine learning, experience in calculation and parallelization using Spark and MPI, experience in creating an environment using Docker, experience in optimizing calculation environments dependent on BLAS/LAPACK, promoting research that leads to the development, installation, and operation of project management, and the guidance and development experience of the project management team.
