In response to global demand for semiconductor, we provide services to customers worldwide by producing 45,000 pieces (300mm wafers) of monthly production capacity. Job Summary

The main duties of the semiconductor analysis support engineer include operating dual-beam FIB for TEM sample preparation and SEM imaging, as well as performing TEM operation, analysis, and reporting. There is also a training period in Taiwan (6 months).

Duties

As a semiconductor analysis support engineer, the main duties include: 1. Operating dual-beam FIB for TEM sample preparation and SEM imaging. 2. Performing TEM operation, analysis, and reporting. Also, maintaining basic equipment, such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe working environment. In addition, the implementation of training in Taiwan (6 months) is planned. Candidates must have a master's degree or higher in science/engineering/technology, and fluency in English (writing/speaking). Basic PC skills (MS Windows OS and MS Office) are required. The work location is in Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and the work is shift-based.

Requirements

・Master's degree or higher in science/engineering/technology ・Fluency in English (writing/speaking) ・Basic PC skills (MS Windows OS and MS Office) ・Candidates who possess TEM/STEM analysis experience and EDS analysis skills are preferred (for TEM technology professionals) ・Candidates who have experience in TEM sample preparation for advanced process nodes (<28nm) are preferred (for FIB technology professionals) ・Japanese language proficiency is desirable ・Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills ・Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (Dual-beam FIB/TEM) ・Possible overtime work (working hours are set)
