The mission of the new technology development department is to propose and develop new technologies for quality improvement and development, and to realize technical ideas that are not covered by existing information and technology, and to create technical ideas for product and production system development. Specifically, it includes electrical circuit design, PC programming, sensor selection, and robot programming. In addition, we are working on standardization, robot installation development, and equipment selection, and in the workplace, we are promoting independent work and providing a good team work environment. In addition, for the first year after joining the company, we provide internal seminars for general technology and specialized technology, and external seminars for specialized technology are possible, and knowledge of electrical engineering, control engineering, and material engineering is required, and experience in equipment development, design experience, and production technology experience are welcome.
