Data Scientist

As a data scientist, you will use the data obtained by operating BUYMA and other startup services to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms, and contribute to the improvement of services through machine learning system development. Specific projects include image search, product ID matching, normalization, recommendation system development, abnormal search, AI generation, and provision of conversational UX. In addition, you will be responsible for data analysis and effectiveness testing, as well as business operations such as belonging to the data team, search/MLOps engineer, data engineer, and data analysis.

Experience in programming and creating predictive models using Python, knowledge and strong interest in machine learning related to return/classification/regression, understanding of causality and correlation, various estimation, basic statistical analysis and interpretation, ability to analyze and evaluate the results of machine learning and statistical analysis, understanding of systems such as search and recommendation on top of understanding of services, ability to propose and promote system construction and improvement

Practical experience in using machine learning to improve services and gross, problem-solving with machine learning and other engineers, consideration of factors such as accuracy and time in statistical analysis, selection of appropriate analysis methods for the problem, participation in data analysis competitions such as Kaggle, knowledge and practical experience of optimal algorithm development, strong desire to acquire knowledge from books and papers, acquisition of knowledge from SQL
