UI/UX designer [AI SaaS]

In this position, we are looking for people who can contribute to UI/UX design for AI SaaS business provided to the workplace communication field, or to the business as a whole. ・Requirements definition, information design, prototyping, UI and interaction design, and front-end implementation ・Responsible for design and implementation from conceptual design to implementation ・Involvement in communication and decision-making with product managers and engineers, and involvement in promoting product development (promotion management, resource management, and scope management, etc.)

[Hard skill] ・Practical experience of 5 years or more in UI/UX design for Web ・Practical experience using tools such as Figma and InVision, and practical experience in UI/UX design ・Experience in new system development of web services and apps, and experience in initial phase from business owner and PM ・Practical experience in UI design and implementation of web services using HTML/CSS/JavaScript [Soft skill] ・Interest in improving business processes using technology ・Understanding of which direction the service is heading and understanding of strategic understanding ・Ability to communicate with engineers, managers, and planners ・Ability to understand and interpret strategic planning and management (promotion management, resource management, and scope management, etc.) ・Ability to communicate with engineers, marketers, planners, and decision-making ability
