Duties

In this position, you will be responsible for providing AI product integration support for the areas of CX and EX, post-integration customer satisfaction, improvement support, and feedback from client companies, as well as improving product quality, and contributing to the business department's procurement in the field of business operations.

・Over 2 years of experience in customer support, customer support post-integration ・IT project management ・System construction ・Experience in SaaS companies ・Experience in leading projects alone
