In the position of QA Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance of SaaS products, technical customization and development, system testing, and automation testing of manual operations, as well as various tasks such as setting product goals and achieving them, and analyzing achievement strategies and user feedback. In addition, you will be responsible for product quality analysis, development of automated tests, root cause analysis of bugs, and improvement of development processes.Duties
At PKSHA Technology, we provide a number of SaaS products to large-scale enterprises that span multiple industries, in order to solve social issues in the field of community care. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance (QA: Quality Assurance) of these SaaS products.
