QA Engineer

At PKSHA Technology, we provide a number of SaaS products to large-scale enterprises that span multiple industries, in order to solve social issues in the field of community care. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance (QA: Quality Assurance) of these SaaS products.

・Fundamental knowledge of computing (e.g. basic information technology, self-study and practical experience) ・Basic knowledge of web application development (e.g. HTML, HTTP, RDB) ・Practical experience in any type of software development (even small-scale or not web-based) ・Fundamental knowledge and practical experience of agile development processes (e.g. Scrum, XP) ・Practical experience of GUI application development (limited to web) ・Practical experience of web development testing and device testing

・General knowledge of software engineering (e.g. SWEBOK, SQuBOK) and any specialized field ・Qualifications in testing technology such as JSTQB/ISTQB, IVEC and product quality technology such as JCSQE ・Practical experience in web application development ・Practical experience of software development/machine learning in SaaS ・UX Research experience ・Practical experience in improving non-functional product quality (e.g. Usability, Security, Performance) ・Practical experience of developing work groups for automated testing and continuous improvement ・Practical experience in improving various product qualities and reoccurrence prevention of major bugs ・Practical experience in leading QA teams and product team development
