Duties

In this position, you will be responsible for providing AI-SaaS solutions utilizing natural language processing/machine learning, and managing the maintenance of the customer success team's management of the customer journey after implementation. You will be responsible for improving product quality, improving support, and improving feedback from client companies, and maximizing the output as a business domain that becomes a core player in the business department.

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience in BtoB customer success, more than 2 years of experience in management of maintenance, understanding of Themodel in SaaS companies

Welcomed Skills

Experience in SaaS companies, experience in customer success, experience related to enterprise AI solutions, PM, or business development
