Job Summary

As the central figure, you will be responsible for providing AI-SaaS solutions utilizing natural language processing/machine learning, and managing the maintenance of the customer success team's management of the customer journey after implementation, conducting product integration support, improving support, and improving feedback from client companies, and improving product quality.

Duties

In this position, you will be responsible for providing AI-SaaS solutions utilizing natural language processing/machine learning, and managing the maintenance of the customer success team's management of the customer journey after implementation. You will be responsible for improving product quality, improving support, and improving feedback from client companies, and maximizing the output as a business domain that becomes a core player in the business department.
