As a position to recruit, it involves a wide range of tasks such as cooling control product development, cooling module technology development, engineering design, equipment inspection, prototype production, and product cost estimation. Proficiency in English, engineering design, and experience using CAD are required, as well as knowledge related to production equipment and structural analysis, and statistical analysis ability.Duties
We are responsible for production technology related to AI chips for North American Hyper Systems. It includes a wide range of tasks such as cooling control product development, cooling module technology development, engineering design, equipment inspection, prototype production, and technical collaboration with GR development. It also includes customer and supplier high-level communication and adjustment, and proficiency in English and engineering design.
