In the recruitment of Customer Success Organization, we are looking for a person who can lead the collection of customer feedback, plan and implement improvement of products and services, and demand development such as nurturing of CS personnel and growth. In addition, we are looking for a person who can create new markets, such as business owners, entrepreneurs, and business partners, and has the ability to create a powerful position in the CS organization with responsibility and volume.Duties
Responsible for the operation of the Customer Success Organization of OLTA Cloud Factorying, and based on the business OKR set every quarter, lead the collection of customer feedback, plan and implement improvement of products and services. In addition, we will be responsible for the continuous strengthening of the productivity and quality of products and services in response to customer feedback and inquiries, and the development and growth of personnel belonging to CS.
