Cygames ResearchにおけるPI(Principal Investigator)としての研究業務。プリンシパル・リサーチャーは、PIとして、複数分野の研究戦略を策定するとともに、他のリサーチャーを先導し、世界レベルの研究を遂行する職責を担います。プリンシパル・リサーチャーは、2つ以上の主専攻分野（Major）を統括し、それとは異なる2つ以上の副専攻分野（Minor）にコミットする能力が求められます。プリンシパル・リサーチャーが担当する分野は、例えば、次の6つが挙げられますが、これに限りません。AI分野、仮想化分野、HCI分野、DB分野、CG分野、分散コンピューティング分野。プリンシパル・リサーチャーの業務には、当社および関連企業における開発現場の分析、研究戦略の策定と提案、知財戦略の策定と提案、研究計画書の作成、予算案編成、研究の実施、および、研究報告書の作成が含まれます。また、プリンシパル・リサーチャーは、複数のシニア・リサーチャーおよびリサーチャーから成る研究プロジェクトチームを編成し、適切な指導監督を行います。プリンシパル・リサーチャーは、研究所所長に、研究活動の正確でタイムリーな口頭および書面による報告を提供する責任があります。これらの職務と責任を遂行する上で、エンジニア、プランナー、ディレクター、プロデューサー、知財部門担当者、会計部門担当者、役員等と円滑にコラボレーションすることが求められます。また、外部の大学や研究機関等の様々な外部の代表者および研究者とも信頼関係を構築し、円滑にコラボレーションすることが求められます。Login to see all information about offers.
