    高周波回路/アンテナ設計部門のマネージャーとして、チームの管理業務、製品の高周波回路やアンテナの設計・開発・評価・調整を担当します。給電空間の検証、壁損の測定、設置台数の見積りや評価方法の構築など、多岐にわたる業務を遂行します。多国籍チームでの英語コミュニケーションが求められる、グローバルな職務です。

    Duties

    空間伝送型ワイヤレス給電ソリューション「AirPlug™」の高周波回路とアンテナ設計部門において、プレイングマネージャーとして多国籍チームをマネジメントします。主な業務は、高周波回路とアンテナの設計、開発、評価、調整を行い、給電空間の検証や壁損の測定、設置台数の見積りと評価方法の構築を行います。最大17m先への長距離給電を可能にする革新的な技術開発に携わり、極低角度依存性と双方向データ通信を実現するアンテナ設計に取り組みます。また、効率的なエネルギー受電を可能にするアンテナ設計技術、省電力回路設計技術、小型デバイスへの実装技術を駆使して、ファクトリーオートメーション、ビルマネジメント、メディカルデバイス領域での技術革新を推進します。
