Responsible for the development and technical research related to aviation (civil fixed-wing aircraft and rotary-wing aircraft) from manufacturing, design, and technical project management, as well as the development of new life production systems for aircraft, technical project management related to civil aviation-oriented helicopter design, and technical project management related to water-based helicopter design.
