In this job, you will understand and create PJ HSE (Project HSE) and Design HSE (Design HSE), expand HSE requirements within the company, conflict with customers, respond to various hazards analysis such as HAZID/HAZOP/FERA/QRA, and other main tasks related to work. Specifically, as a PJ HSE Manager, you will be responsible for overall HSE management in overseas EPC projects, creation of HSE Philosophy/Plan, establishment and implementation of HSE management system, response to customer's (EPC) requirements, ITB review, HSE performance monitoring, preparation of explanatory materials, etc. As a Design HSE Manager or Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for creating Design HSE Philosophy, various kinds of risk analysis (mainly HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, FERA, SIL, Bow-tie, ALARP), implementation content, schedule, implementation control, evaluation of various risk analysis, reference for internal design review, implementation of design review, leading customer and supplier HSE coordination, and Safety Case creation, etc.
