As a research and development manager for Nabtesco, you will be responsible for collecting information related to advanced control technology and joint research with universities, as well as expanding technology within the company and fostering human resources. Specific job content includes analysis and evaluation technology related to the latest control technology, survey and collection of internal and external information, joint research with external research institutions, planning and implementation of joint research, acquisition and application of acquired knowledge, and conducting experiments and verification on other technologies.Duties
