For researchers, we are looking for someone who can lead the research and development of nanofiber cavity QED systems, independently and in collaboration, under the supervision of the CTO. We provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and interns for quantum calculation and quantum communication. Understanding of quantum calculation and quantum communication is necessary, and the ability to adapt to an environment that changes rapidly in a global team is required.Duties
This applicant will conduct research to expand the current and future research of nanofiber cavity QED systems, independently and in collaboration. We provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and interns for quantum calculation and quantum communication. Understanding of quantum calculation and quantum communication is necessary, and the ability to adapt to an environment that changes rapidly in a global team is required. In addition, it is necessary to have experience of at least three years in the development/application of nanofiber systems, and a strong desire to communicate and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment. The acquisition of a doctorate is necessary, as well as a fundamental understanding of quantum calculation and quantum communication. English language proficiency and the ability to communicate in writing and orally in English are required (Japanese language knowledge is not required). Collaboration work ability in a multidisciplinary environment and the ability to adapt to an environment that changes rapidly are required. In addition, it is desired that there is experience of at least three years in the development/application of nanofiber systems, and a strong desire to communicate and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
