Numerical AI development group manager

For the purpose of promoting research and development projects that incorporate numerical AI (prediction/optimization) and strengthening organizational control, we will be responsible for the following tasks as R&D department heads, deputy heads, and other group managers: assigning and managing 10 or more group members, guiding and managing, and conducting research and development projects as a group manager. In addition, we will proactively capture and manage the status of multiple individual project managers at the site (especially individual project managers at the site of the group manager), and promote guidance and nurturing.
