As a backend engineer, you will be responsible for developing new functions using Ruby on Rails and improving existing functions, as well as designing wide-ranging business tasks. We are looking for a backend engineer to implement the implementation of new services related to 'VISITS forms' and 'design thinking tests' operated by the company. Specific job content includes the development of new functions for existing services, improvement of existing functions, development of new services, and technical surveys. In addition, as a development environment, we use Ruby (Rails) and Python, utilize GCP (GKE), introduce CI/CD tools, and require knowledge and experience with GraphQL and REST API. In addition, participation in team collaboration, skill development, and participation in morning meetings and hackathons to improve productivity is also required.
