Duties
We are looking for experienced in the development of medical and life science image analysis algorithms. Specifically, we analyze medical images such as X-ray, MRI, CT, microscopic images, and motion images of individual organisms, and use deep learning for problem solving. In addition, we are also involved in the development and analysis of algorithms for the diagnosis support AI and pharmaceutical business from various companies, as well as in the analysis business. Furthermore, we can also engage in technical presentations, research and development results presentations, and paper presentations inside and outside the company.
Requirements
More than half a year of practical experience in development using Python, Practical experience in analyzing image data and signal data, Practical experience related to image analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and image processing, regardless of general companies, research at universities, self-study, and the environment is not a problem, Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and image processing, Ability to define requirements that satisfy internal and external stakeholders, Ability to explain technical content to clients and management in plain language, Those who do not speak Japanese as their mother tongue must have Japanese language ability test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent Japanese language ability

Improvement or doctorate in natural science, Medical knowledge, especially knowledge of radiological images such as X-ray, MRI, CT data and practical knowledge at medical sites, Knowledge and experience related to life science, such as molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, pathology, physiology, and immunology, Ability to understand internal and external related documents and academic presentations, Practical experience in the development of medical and life science data applications, Extensive knowledge of deep learning and programming, Practical knowledge of multiple programming languages, such as development experience in Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and problem solving, Data analysis of various data such as medical images, optical microscopy, electron microscopy, electron microscopy, radiation lines, MRI, CT, and echo, Work experience including telework/remote work
