    Duties

    Responsible for tasks related to the development of high-level AI products, as well as the development of technical systems such as frontend, backend, and AI engines. In addition, support for the growth of the technical team, including the technical leadership of frontend, backend, and AI engineers, and the recruitment of engineers both domestically and internationally.

    Requirements

    ・Experience in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related fields, as well as a bachelor's or master's degree or higher ・Practical experience of at least 5 years in technical development ・Familiarity with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies ・Proficiency in one or more backend languages (such as Python, Java) ・Experience with relational database systems such as Postgres/MySQL ・Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and knowledge of cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) ・Fluency in English and Japanese (Fluency in additional languages is a plus)

    Welcomed Skills

    ・Interest in technologies such as AI/ML, chatGPT ・Possession of certification related to AI/ML, project management, and/or data science ・Experience in international business and remote work, as well as management experience ・Ability to quickly grasp and apply the latest technology trends and knowledge sharing within the organization
