Business development and deepening of customer relationships in cloud (public cloud, private cloud, SOC services, vulnerability diagnosis, etc.). It will be possible to implement autonomous business support and experience/learning for enterprise customers in the future, and it will be possible to grow through autonomous strategic planning and implementation. Reporting/consulting to the customer's team leader from the perspective of providing autonomous customer support, and performing condition-based troubleshooting.
