Job Summary
外観検査用アルゴリズムの組み込み、オペレーション自動化のためのソフトウェア機能設計・API設計、データ処理の環境構築・パフォーマンスチューニング、システムの信頼性 / 品質の向上、データ活用のための課題調査、タスク設計、新規技術選定のための調査とチームでの共有、モデリングを効率化するためのプラットフォームの構築などを行います。必須経験・スキルとしてPython, Rust, Java, Go、C#のうちいずれかにおける実務経験、RDBMS、SQLの基礎知識、及び実務経験を1年以上有すること、Git、CI/CDを用いたチーム開発、運用経験が求められます。また、機械学習モデルを組み込んだプロダクトの技術選定から運用、品質レビューの経験、システムのパフォーマンスや信頼性を向上させるためのプログラミングスキル、AWSやGCPを用いたクラウド環境でのサービス開発、またはデータ分析経験、DockerやKubernetes等のコンテナ技術を利用したシステムの実務経験、Kaggle などコンペティションにおける入賞経験、チームビルディング / チームリードの経験が歓迎されます。求める人物像としてHACARUSのミッションや行動指針に共感してくれる方、自ら主体的に動き、オーナーシップを持って仕事を進めることができる方、多様性のある環境でオープンなコミュニケーションができる方、AIを使用して製造現場の世界を変えることに意欲を持てる方、未経験の技術に対する貪欲さをお持ちの方、チームワークを大事にしつつ、自分の意見を積極的に発信できる方が求められます。勤務地は京都本社もしくは東京事務所で、リモート併用も可能です。Company Info
