    Otsuka is promoting the introduction and construction of IT systems in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industries, and supporting IT governance for group companies. We also have a team that acquires new industry knowledge and business knowledge.

    Duties

    当社のAIエンジニアとして、ヘルスケア業界における業務改革を推進するために、生成AIを用いたPoC（Proof of Concept）の実施を担当します。具体的には、社内の各事業会社と連携し、生成AIを活用した新しい業務プロセスの設計や実装を行い、その成果をグループ内に広める役割を担います。また、外部とのプロジェクトにおいては、生成AIの導入に関するアドバイスや技術的なサポートを提供し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献します。さらに、深層学習や機械学習の知識を活かし、AIモデルの開発や評価を行い、業務の効率化や新たな価値創出に寄与します。大塚グループの多様なプロジェクトに関与することで、健康に関連する幅広い分野での経験を積むことができ、自由な社風の中で海外プロジェクトにも挑戦する機会があります。
