    Duties

    オリンパス社内外の課題解決に向けて、AIを活用したソリューション開発を行います。主に画像系AIやLLM（大規模言語モデル）を使用し、医療分野における具体的な課題に取り組みます。業務の流れは、まず現場のニーズや業務課題のヒアリングから始まり、その後最適な解決策を検討します。画像AIの具体例としては、内視鏡画像を用いた大腸・胃などの臓器やがんの検出があり、LLMを活用した業務効率化では、社内データの分析や集計を行います。年間1〜4件のプロジェクトに参画し、医療分野における先進的なAI技術の開発と社会貢献を目指します。
