LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.Duties
AI・LLM事業部におけるBusiness Development Managerとして、Ai Workforceの事業戦略の立案と実行を担当します。具体的には、プロダクトマーケットフィット（PMF）の達成に向けたプロダクトの価値検証をリードし、パートナー企業との連携を通じてビジネスモデルの検証を行います。また、事業開発、セールス、プロジェクトマネジメント、カスタマーサクセスチームの組織マネジメントを行い、チームの成長を促進します。さらに、エンタープライズ向けの営業活動を通じて、顧客のニーズを把握し、AI技術を業務に効果的に統合するための戦略を策定します。これにより、AIのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出し、顧客に価値を提供することを目指します。
