このポジションでは、Ai Workforceの事業戦略の立案と実行を担当し、プロダクトの価値検証やビジネスモデルの検証を行います。また、事業開発、セールス、プロジェクトマネジメント、カスタマーサクセスチームの組織マネジメントも含まれます。マネージャー候補として、各領域の機能を理解した後、マネジメント業務を担い、事業の成長を推進する役割を期待されています。Duties
AI・LLM事業部におけるBusiness Development Managerとして、Ai Workforceの事業戦略の立案と実行を担当します。具体的には、プロダクトマーケットフィット（PMF）の達成に向けたプロダクトの価値検証をリードし、パートナー企業との連携を通じてビジネスモデルの検証を行います。また、事業開発、セールス、プロジェクトマネジメント、カスタマーサクセスチームの組織マネジメントを行い、チームの成長を促進します。さらに、エンタープライズ向けの営業活動を通じて、顧客のニーズを把握し、AI技術を業務に効果的に統合するための戦略を策定します。これにより、AIのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出し、顧客に価値を提供することを目指します。Login to see all information about offers.
