インサイドセールスマネージャーとして、オルツのSaaSサービスの営業戦略や組織戦略の策定を担当します。ターゲティング戦略の立案やKPIの設定、チームメンバーのマネジメントを行い、Salesforceを活用したパフォーマンス追跡やリードナーチャリングの方法を確立します。また、エンタープライズ企業へのABM活動を企画し、セールスとマーケティングチームとの連携を図ります。Duties
オルツのSaaS事業部におけるインサイドセールス部門の戦略策定と実行を担当します。具体的には、事業部長と連携し、ターゲティング戦略の立案やKPIの設定を行い、既存のチームメンバーやベンダーのマネジメントを行います。また、新規メンバーやベンダーの検討も含まれます。Salesforceを活用してパフォーマンスやアプローチのトラッキング方法を確立し、ターゲティングリストの作成やリードナーチャリングの方法を実施します。さらに、CallやMail、SMS、SNSなどのアプローチ方法に関するトレーニングを企画し、各業界のエンタープライズ企業へのABM活動を企画・実施します。これらの業務を通じて、昨対売上比1.75倍の成長を目指し、中長期的な増益を実現するための営業戦略を推進します。Login to see all information about offers.
