募集ポジションでは、画像系AI開発グループのマネジメントを担当し、10名程度のメンバーを指揮・管理します。クライアントニーズを把握し、研究開発プロジェクトを提案するほか、複数のプロジェクトの進捗を俯瞰的に管理します。メンバーの指導・育成も行い、高い視点での技術アドバイスを期待されています。Duties
画像系AI開発グループマネージャーとして、10名程度のチームを指揮し、研究開発プロジェクトの獲得から推進、管理までを担当します。具体的には、セールスメンバーと連携し、クライアントのニーズを把握し、適切な研究開発プロジェクトを提案します。また、複数の個別プロジェクトの進捗を俯瞰的に把握し、リソースの追加や削減、プロジェクト推進業務への委任・介入を行うための意思決定を行います。さらに、グループメンバーの指導・育成を行い、特に現場リーダーの成長を支援します。コーディングなどの実務は行わず、高い視点から技術的なアドバイスを提供することが求められます。Login to see all information about offers.
