    画像系AI開発グループにおいて、10名程度のチームメンバーを管理し、研究開発プロジェクトの獲得と推進を担います。セールスチームと連携しながら、クライアントのニーズを把握し、適切なプロジェクト提案と管理を行います。現場リーダーの指導や育成も重要な役割として期待されています。

    Duties

    画像グループにおけるAI研究開発プロジェクトの統括マネジメントを担当します。10名程度のチームメンバーを管理し、セールスチームと連携してクライアントのニーズを把握したプロジェクト提案を行います。5件程度の個別プロジェクトを俯瞰的に管理し、人員、予算、リソースの最適化を行うとともに、各プロジェクトリーダーへの技術的指導と人材育成に注力します。技術的な深い見識を活かし、プロジェクトの方向性を決定し、チームの生産性と研究開発の質を向上させることが主な役割となります。直接的なコーディング作業は想定されておらず、高い視点からの技術的助言と戦略的なマネジメントが求められる重要なポジションです。
