    TIER IV aims to promote the popularization and democratization of autonomous driving technology, provide support for the development and operation of the open-source software (OSS) autonomous driving suite 'Autoware', and provide services such as development support, simulation, and systems. We provide Pilot.Auto and Web.Auto, and support the development and operation of autonomous driving vehicles and systems.

    Duties

    自動運転技術におけるデータ中心のAI開発プロセスを推進するエンジニアとして、機械学習モデルの性能向上に不可欠なデータセット管理を担当します。主な業務は、大規模センサーデータの分析と可視化、データセットの品質管理、アノテーションタスクのマネジメントです。データの特性を詳細に分析し、機械学習モデルの改善に向けた具体的な方針を策定します。車両からのデータ収集、キャリブレーション精度の検証、各種データフォーマットの変換コード実装など、自動運転に必要な技術的課題に取り組みます。また、世界中のパートナー企業と連携し、高品質なAIモデル開発のためのプラットフォーム『Co-MLOps』の発展に貢献し、自動運転技術の社会実装を推進します。
