AIコンサルタントとして、プロジェクトの計画策定から実行、リスクコントロールまでをリードします。具体的には、顧客の業務課題をヒアリングし、データとAIを活用した解決策を提案します。また、AI活用のためのガバナンス整備や人材育成を推進し、セールスチームと連携して案件獲得を行います。データサイエンティストと協力し、技術評価やシステム開発もサポートします。Duties
AIコンサルタントとして、プロジェクトリーダーとしてチームメンバーと協力し、AIコンサルティングプロジェクトを推進します。具体的には、プロジェクトの計画策定から実行、リスクコントロール、クロージングまでの全プロセスを管理し、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを密にしながら、プロジェクトチームを統率します。業務課題のヒアリングを通じて、データとAIを活用した解決策を提案し、業務プロセスの設計を行います。また、AI活用のためのガバナンスルールの整備や、社内でのデータとAIの文化醸成を促進するための人材育成プログラムをリードします。さらに、セールスチームと連携し、案件獲得に向けた提案活動を行い、データサイエンティストと協力して技術評価やシステム開発をサポートします。Login to see all information about offers.
