    このポジションでは、AIを活用した創薬事業におけるプロジェクトマネジメントを担当します。具体的には、がんや感染症に特化した先進的免疫療法の開発プロジェクトをリードし、プロジェクトの立ち上げから実行までを管理します。市場や技術動向、競合調査を行い、その結果に基づいてビジネス戦略を策定し、実行に移します。また、既存プロジェクトの進捗を管理し、課題を特定して解決策を提案します。さらに、パートナー企業との関係を維持・開拓し、共同研究や開発に関する契約交渉をサポートします。クロスファンクショナルなチームを形成し、AIサイエンティストやエンジニアと連携しながら、プロジェクトの目標達成に向けて取り組むことが求められます。
