このポジションでは、カスタマーサクセス部門の統括や経営戦略への参画、生成AIツールを用いたマーケティングサービスの企画・開発を担当します。また、次世代リーダーの育成や組織文化の醸成にも関与し、業務内容は経験や志向に応じて調整されます。マーケティング業界の変革に挑戦し、経営幹部としての成長を図る機会があります。Duties
カスタマーサクセス部門全体の統括を行い、経営戦略の立案に参画します。具体的には、独自開発した生成AIツールを活用したマーケティングサービスの企画・開発を担当し、クライアント企業のWebマーケティング課題を解決するための新しいプロセスを構築します。また、次世代リーダーの育成に注力し、組織文化の醸成を図ることで、チーム全体のパフォーマンスを最大化します。これにより、900社以上の顧客に対して、データ分析やキャッチコピー作成などの領域でAIを活用したマーケティング施策を提供し、業界の変革に寄与することを目指します。Login to see all information about offers.
