本ポジションでは、「exaBase DXアセスメント&ラーニング」の開発リードとして、プロダクト全体の開発に関する意思決定や課題解決をリードします。具体的には、急拡大するサービスにおける技術選定やアーキテクチャの意思決定を行い、事業戦略に基づいた技術戦略の立案・策定を担当します。また、自律的なチームを目指し、アジャイル開発の手法であるスクラムを導入し、チームメンバーのパフォーマンスや成長を支援します。リソースの調整やタスクの分解、適切なメンバーアサインメントも行い、チームマネジメントを担います。さらに、プロダクト開発においては、データの分散やコンテンツレコメンデーションのアルゴリズム強化、UI・UX改善などの技術課題に取り組むことが求められます。
