Job Summary
新規AIプロダクト開発リードとして、プロダクトとプロジェクト開発の両方を担当します。具体的には、PdMやビジネスオーナーと連携し、プロダクトの開発を推進します。新機能の追加や既存機能の改善を行い、プロダクトの価値を高めるために、機能設計、アーキテクチャ設計、技術選定、実装を行い、運用設計と実行を担当します。また、クライアントとの要件定義を行い、その後のプロジェクト全体の計画・管理を行います。高い品質要求に応えるプロジェクトを通じて、迅速な意思決定や問題解決能力、チームとしての柔軟性や適応力を養います。さらに、AI技術を活用した新規サービスの創出に挑む中で、業界のニーズを汲み取り、プロダクトや機能に反映させることが求められます。Company Info
