シニアカスタマーサクセスマネージャーとして、LINE特化型マーケティングSaaS「Ligla」の導入から活用支援までを担当します。具体的には、クライアントのニーズに応じたオンボーディングサポートを行い、デジタルマーケティングの課題解決に向けた「Ligla」の効果的な活用方法を提案します。また、顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、エンジニアチームと連携して製品改善に貢献します。さらに、カスタマーサクセスの業務プロセスを標準化し、チームメンバーの育成やマネジメントにも関与します。大手アパレルや化粧品業界のクライアントに対して、LINEを活用したCRMやOMO施策の支援を行い、顧客の事業成長を促進する役割を担います。Duties
カスタマーサクセスとして、Ligla契約後の導入対応～活用支援まで、クライアントの事業成長に向けた支援を実施いただきます。大規模アカウント向け（エンタープライズ顧客）のご支援も担当いただきながら、メンバーの育成やマネジメント領域でのご活躍を期待しています。・「Ligla」の導入対応、オンボーディングサポート・顧客のデジタルマーケティング課題解決に向けた「Ligla」活用支援・社内、顧客からの改善要望の取りまとめ、エンジニアとの共有・CSの業務プロセスの標準化・チームメンバーの育成やマネジメントLogin to see all information about offers.
