AI SaaSプロジェクトマネージャーとして、AIを活用した大規模導入案件の全体管理を行います。具体的には、プロジェクト計画の策定から進捗管理、課題やリスクの特定と対策を実施します。また、顧客やシステムインテグレーターと連携し、業務要件やシステム要件の整理をリードし、ソフトウェアエンジニアやアルゴリズムエンジニアと協力して設計やテストの方針を策定します。さらに、顧客からのRFPに基づき、社内の事業開発や営業と連携して提案活動を行い、現行業務のヒアリングや分析を通じてPKSHAのソリューションを活用した提案を行います。この役割では、国内大手企業のAIを用いたコンタクトセンターの業務変革プロジェクトに関与し、最新のアルゴリズムソリューションに触れる機会が多く、技術知識を深めることができる環境が整っています。Duties
