当ポジションでは、自然言語処理と機械学習の研究開発を行い、部門のマネジメントも担当します。具体的には、プロダクトにおける自然言語処理機能の開発や、大規模言語モデルの研究を通じてビジネス文書の要約や生成に関する技術を進化させます。また、ニュース、特許、論文、社内データなどの大量のテキストデータを活用し、ナレッジグラフを構築するための技術開発も行います。さらに、数年先のプロダクトや事業計画を見据えたリサーチ組織の設計・構築を行い、採用活動やPR活動を推進し、部門間の連携を強化することで、組織全体のパフォーマンスを最大化させる役割も担います。Duties
