Job Summary
次世代シークエンサー（NGS）解析を中心としたバイオインフォマティクス業務を担当し、ゲノム編集技術の検証と細胞の表現型解析を行います。主な業務には、Whole Genome Sequence解析によるゲノム編集細胞の品質評価、ヒト細胞およびバクテリアを対象としたRNA-seq、scRNA-seq、ATAC-seq、Perturb-seq解析が含まれます。さらに、機械学習、深層学習、大規模言語モデルを活用したゲノムデザインの最適化も行います。AWSクラウドサーバーの運用管理や、自動細胞培養システムなどのラボオートメーション技術を駆使し、次世代の細胞治療開発や高機能微生物の創出に貢献する innovative な研究開発業務を遂行します。Company Info
