Job Summary
Research Analystのポジションでは、実験室での活動を行い、GLP規制ガイドラインに従ってバイオ分析の検証やサンプル分析を独立して実施します。データの収集・分析を行い、作業記録や研究文書を維持します。また、チームメンバーへの技術的支援やSOP/SWPの準備を行い、必要に応じて他のルーチン業務も担当します。Company Info

Research Analystとして、ラボ活動を実施し、適用される方法、計画、標準作業手順書（SOP/SWP）、GLP規制ガイドライン、及び21 CFR Part 11に従って業務を行います。具体的には、バイオアナリシスのバリデーションやサンプル分析を独立して行い、最小限の監督でプレスタディを実施します。確立された技術を利用してデータを収集・分析し、作業内容を文書化し、研究文書やラボ記録を維持します。また、スキルの低いチームメンバーに対して指導や技術支援を行い、SOP/SWPの準備やクライアントとのコミュニケーションに関する技術文書の作成を支援します。その他、必要に応じてルーチンのラボ業務を行い、安全な作業環境を維持することも求められます。
