Mizuho Research & Technologies Co., Ltd. is carrying out the support and implementation of the central government's policy support business related to the promotion of decarbonization strategies and practical support, as well as international initiatives such as the latest trends in chemical substance emissions and GHG emissions calculations, and domestic investigations related to heat substance utilization, for a long time. We have a high level of expertise in domestic support for the implementation of the Tokyo Protocol and the promotion of RE100/SBT, J-Credit implementation, heat island countermeasures, transition to renewable energy, and the promotion of green bond issuance, among other things.Job Summary
公共・法人分野におけるシステム開発を担うアプリケーションスペシャリストおよびプロジェクトマネージャーの業務です。オープン系システムやホスト系システムの設計・開発を中心に、顧客のニーズに合わせたシステム構築や、みずほグループ関連各社のIT基盤整備に従事します。Duties
地方自治体、官公庁、一般法人、およびみずほグループ関連各社向けのシステムインテグレーションおよびシステム構築を主な業務とします。具体的には、オープン系システムまたはホスト系システムの開発に従事し、Oracle、VB.NET、Javaなどを用いたC/SもしくはWebオープン系システムの設計・開発を行います。プロジェクトリーダーとしての経験を活かし、システム開発の各フェーズにおけるマネジメントを担当し、顧客のニーズに合わせたシステムソリューションの提供と、効率的なシステム構築を実現します。
Requirements
・オープン系システム（またはホスト系システム）の開発経験のある方（3年以上）
・DB（Oracle）、VB.NET、Java等、C/SもしくはWebオープン系システムの設計・開発スキル
Welcomed Skills
・プロジェクトリーダー経験のある方
・PMP、プロジェクトマネージャ試験合格か同等程度の知識・スキルを有している
