    Mizuho Research & Technologies Co., Ltd. is carrying out the support and implementation of the central government's policy support business related to the promotion of decarbonization strategies and practical support, as well as international initiatives such as the latest trends in chemical substance emissions and GHG emissions calculations, and domestic investigations related to heat substance utilization, for a long time. We have a high level of expertise in domestic support for the implementation of the Tokyo Protocol and the promotion of RE100/SBT, J-Credit implementation, heat island countermeasures, transition to renewable energy, and the promotion of green bond issuance, among other things.

    Duties

    地方公務員向けの年金給付システムと福利厚生関連システムの開発・プロジェクト管理を担当します。主な業務は、年金額算定、給付金計算、各種情報のネットワークシステム構築に関わるプロジェクト管理です。法改正に伴うシステム改修や新基盤へのマイグレーション、顧客との要件調整、社内SEおよびパートナー社員への設計指示と管理を行います。具体的には、全国展開のオンラインシステムや給付額計算バッチシステムの設計、健康保険や資金貸付、施設利用に関する組合員管理システムの開発を担当し、システムの安定運用と継続的な改善に取り組みます。
