    Duties

    不動産テックのプラットフォーム『ドクターアセットシリーズ』における自社Webサービスおよびプロダクトの開発・運用を担当します。主な業務は、法人向けおよび個人向けサービスのデータベース設計と構築、不動産取引データや顧客データの整備と活用です。Python、JavaScript、TypeScriptなどを用いて、AI不動産価格推定エンジン、LINEを活用した営業支援ツール、不動産ビッグデータのWebサービスなどを企画・設計・開発します。AWS環境での開発を中心に、要件定義から保守・運用まで一貫して携わり、データマイニング、機械学習、UI/UX改善など、幅広い技術的チャレンジに挑戦できる役割を担います。
