We are also conducting joint research and development projects with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies by applying these technologies.

    Duties

    製薬会社や社内R&D部門における新規研究プロジェクトの立ち上げと管理を担当します。主な業務は、プロジェクト提案書の作成、詳細な作業計画の策定、目標設定、予算管理、スケジュール進行管理です。BIOチーム、AIチーム、Roboticsチーム間の連携を促進し、内部および外部のパートナーとのプロジェクト会議を運営します。各研究員の進捗をフォローし、事業開発、財務、法務など関連部門と協働しながらプロジェクトを推進します。研究開発における戦略的な意思決定と調整を行い、革新的な分子設計や共同研究開発パイプラインの構築に貢献します。
