    Cybo is a platform company that innovates small cell analysis with AI. We aim to further utilize small cells by leveraging technologies such as high-speed imaging and AI, and support hospital inspections with AI systems that support AI development.

    Duties

    がん細胞の画像処理システムを開発するエンジニアとして、顕微鏡画像から高精度にがん細胞を検出するAIプログラムの構築を担当します。主な業務は、大量の細胞画像データを取得・処理するシステムの開発、OpenCVやCUDAを活用した画像処理の高速化・並列化、AI推論処理パイプラインの設計と実装です。医療機器開発における厳格な規制・規格に対応したソフトウェア開発も求められ、GPU並列処理技術を駆使して画像認識の精度と効率を向上させることが期待されています。また、Python、C++、Linuxを使用したシステム開発や、クラウドプラットフォーム上での画像処理基盤の構築にも取り組みます。
