データ分析のための高度なパイプラインおよびインフラストラクチャの設計、構築、保守を担当し、生データを構造化されたフォーマットに変換します。主な業務には、Google Cloud Composerおよびdbtを使用したETLプロセスの実装、メダリオンアーキテクチャに基づくデータ変換、データ品質チェックとモニタリング、BigQueryデータセットとクエリの最適化が含まれます。また、データアナリスト、データサイエンティスト、およびビジネス関係者と協力し、データ要件を理解し、読み取り最適化されたデータウェアハウス層を設計・開発します。さらに、日次レポーティングパイプラインのトラブルシューティング、コードレビュー、およびジュニアエンジニアへのメンタリングも行います。

・5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles ・Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets ・Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL and BigQuery ・Experience in both Python and Scala is preferred ・Knowledge of dbt is a must ・Experience with data platforms like Airflow, Dataproc, Great Expectations ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams ・Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously ・English proficiency is a must

・Conversational Japanese is nice to have ・Japanese language proficiency at a business or native level which allows you to liaise with our primarily Japan-based users ・Understanding of cultural differences ・Knowledge and experience in chatbots, AI, marketing, and SaaS products
