    LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    LayerXのバクラク事業において、プロダクトバリューの策定と浸透、顧客ニーズに基づく開発意思決定とロードマップ策定を行います。市場環境を分析し、大局的な視点でマイルストーンを設定します。顧客の業務フローを深くヒアリングし、プロダクトの使いやすさを追求するため、優先度を整理し、最適な仕様を検討します。セールスやカスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、新規プロダクトの立ち上げとグロース戦略を推進します。また、顧客への価値提供を最大化するため、中長期的な視点で機能の変更や追加に関する意思決定を行い、カンファレンスやイベントでの登壇を通じて事業の価値を発信します。
